What is this his 7th or 8th injury since joining us? Maybe he's just not cut out for Klopp's training and the rigours of the premier league Or maybe he has just been unlucky. Either way it's absolutely useless to us having another crock. IMO even though Klopp always gives players a chance, if this season is anything like last season for Naby.. he'll be on his way in the summer. Just hasn't offered us anything really since coming to LFC which is unfortunate as I thought he would tear it up here. Very frustrating.Comment

the fact that we waited for a season for him to arrive at LFC makes it more frustrating.
The prick didn't even learn English either in the 12 months that he waited to join LFC. £50M transfer and he doesn't even learn the ****in language.
Taking the piss if you ask me.
And if he reports to his international team for duty, then we should **** the cunt off.Comment

More like 3rd or 4th. He was actually only unavailable for just 10 games last season. And 4 of them were after that Rakitic tackle in the CL. Yet he still somehow had an injury prone reputation before that (6 games missed). Maybe some are confusing Klopp not selecting him (as he tends to do when bedding in new signings) with being injured.
His injury record is being blown massively out of proportion.
Guinea ****ed him over by forcing him to play against his wishes when he was clearly still injured..

Finally. If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?Comment

There is not much in this really other than speculative journalism. Are we winning?Comment

If it was someone else then maybe. But if its Lallana, etc, then no. Looks like we need reinforcements in January. Lallana and Ox are my next two worries. One tit for another.

Why do you have to worry? Midfield is where we have the most depth and rightly so because it's the area where we rotate the most. I would be very surprised if we go out and spend for a midfielder in January. Are we winning?Comment

He'll be fine. He clearly needs a good while off to recover, I'd much we took our time with him gradually getting him back to fitness than rushing him back. He's only young, there's no way his career is finished already.Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."

And yeah the African nations cup was a joke but he does seems to pick up a fair few minor injuries.Last edited by danperkins; 21-08-19, 06:15 AM.Comment

His national side playing him is IMO the big problem here, and I think many of us saw this coming when they insisted that he was fit to play for them rather than following the club's treatment plan.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.Comment

I never mentioned about the games he has missed mate I am talking about him being injured for periods of time that are stopping him from pushing on.
What that means is that he cannot seem to get fully match fit as he is "always on the way back from injury". We have not seen what he can do as him being match fit and sharp for a sustained period hasn't really happened yet.Comment
