I thought he was pretty lacklustre until the last half hour, game was passing him by and didn't get involved enough. I don't think he's ever played such an intensive game except when he's been on the wrong end of a beating from us

It's to see him driving out of midfield with the ball rather than passing it sideways or backwards.

He played a great game. His passing is very underrated and his obvious pace compliments the front theee on the break.

With him at the top of the three, he can turn a player quickly and open up some space around the box. Something none of the other central players except for Lallana do.

I thought he was a decent player - but didn’t see him as the player he has ended up with us. Astute move all round.

He was very good today and as you said his driving runs with the ball from midfield are great. I do think he lacks a small bit of subtlety from time to time, when to play a pass, what pass to play or the weight of pass. I think working with Klopp and playing more with the rest of the team will improve this though.

his technique and final ball need to improve for sure but more of doing what he is doing would be more than welcome. I like the way he is shooting more too... that comes with confidence.
