If Jota is out for a bit, he'll likely get more opportunities at least from the bench so it seems there is an opportunity for him.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

      Anyone reckon he'll take it?

Bringing jota on was a straight like for like ability wise. We'd be weakening our team whilst looking for a goal. Jota missing could be more Important than Virgil.

I'm imagining it will mostly be minutes from the bench hopefully when the game isn't in the balance, but he'll be playing with a strong team rather than the reserve or mixed sides he's been playing in a lot so far. Hopefully he can get a couple of goals in those types of games and build his confidence then maybe play a more important role. But it's up to him to take the chance.

Did ok today. Not going overboard but he was better at ball retention and broke the lines a bit.
          3rd place. Worst champions ever.

Best he’s been for us so far; low bar but he did ok

He did better than my low expectations, but really that performance is not good enough.

Must of missed it. He was on the pitch and helped move the ball on but he offered nothing in an attacking sense. Like you say, low bar.

He was playing in midfield which didn't help going forward, it's not really his position.

Thought he looked better, more aggressive.

Yeah - he was decent today. And he has the advantage of being fit...

Thought this was his best performance. Still did **** all, but slightly more purpose.

They don't seem to want to pass to him - the amount of times today he found pockets of space and they continually ignored and bypassed him.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

I thought this too when watching the game. Selective passing at its best.
