£17m? WTF? Iwobi went for £40m before inflation.

He was £28m and had 100 PL games under his belt.

So shouldn't Luiz Diaz have been free as he had zero PL games under his belt?

If he wants to go to get game time (his time at Southampton wasn't exactly a rousing success) then 17m is a handy profit; but I wouldn't be selling him unless its his choice to go

As others have said, he's an almost perfect team player to have around. We want to win as many trophies as possible, and you need a big old squad full of good players to do that
I saw a dead fish on the pavement and thought "what did you expect?"
There's no water round here stupid, should have stayed where it was wet

Italy will probably suit him better in terms of tempo and physicality - not sure about Inters style, don't they play tlwith two up top and no No 10?

I agree in a way but i think it depends on what LFC are doing with the contracts of Salah, Mane and Firmino. If all 3 of them are staying, then Taki might not want to be 7th choice also behind Diaz, Jota and Mbappe

Seems daft if we don't need the money. He slots in and never needs time to get up to scratch. Seems like we're taking the domestic cups seriously at the moment so he'll get 15-20 games a season

I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

Best or luck to him, seems like a good guy and a decent player just not quite the quality we need.

£17m seems a little bit cheap?

Leeds lumped around £25m on Dan James - Taki is his level or better IMO

maybe it's a decent fee but I suppose we could do better.

£17m does seem low. We got £15m and £19m for Jordan Ibe and Dom Solanke 4 or 5 years ago and they’d done absolutely nothing.
