He always does. We need him to start turning that 24 or 25 league games a season into 30 league games a season and some of the rest of our midfielders to be fit for the remaining 8.

30 league games and 9 or 10 CL games would be very nice. He came close last season with 25 league games and 10 CL games. Season before that was 24 league games and only 4 CL games.

It still bugs me that Thiago on Fifa cannot pull off the same stuff as the real life Thiago.

I can get Salah to pull off crazy stuff on Fifa, same with a lot of the other players on our team, But Thiago's game alter ego cannot match the real thing at all.

I even played around with his settings and edited game Thiago to give him maximum stats and still cannot play like the real thing.

I suppose because he's only just back and not played much this season.

Plus they'll definitely want him in their World Cup squad, so they probably won't want to risk him in that Nations League bollocks the same way we don't in the Carabou cup

The guy just oozes class on and off the pitch. Seems to have a massive amount of natural empathy. He is always the first to support guys who look upset after being beaten by us (not that he has had to do that a lot this season ) and when one of our guys is down with an injury he always arrives to their side. Dd it with Milner in the last game.

Says a hell of a lot about his character and probably those of his parents/whoever brought him up.
