I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

Thiago has also complained of growing pains recently

Thiago isn't going to play for us again He was supposed to be back for the start of the season FFS
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

He broke down in what April 2023? So if, IF, he returns to full training in Feb that's 10 months out

I remember when we signed him I posted a link on transfermarkt showcasing his injury history, that has aged well. 200k pw he's on, madness. Fabulous talent but irrelevant for LFC unfortunately.

Tried a backheel on the edge of our box, lost it, watched Robbo deal with it

I really have not missed his sideways passes to robbo who in turn all one footed is forced to go back to virgil.

removing all the weak links makes us stronger

Liverpool’s midfielder Thiago Alcântara is facing another spell on the sidelines after sustaining an injury during his brief comeback against Arsenal on Sunday.

The 32-year-old made his first appearance of the season as an 85th-minute substitute in Liverpool’s 3-1 defeat but felt a muscle problem during that cameo that is expected to require further treatment. It is another setback for the unfortunate midfielder, who has been plagued by fitness problems throughout his Liverpool career and whose contract expires at the end of the season.

Thiago had not featured for 10 months before his long-awaited return at the Emirates Stadium. His previous Liverpool appearance was as a substitute at West Ham in April last year and his last start for Jürgen Klopp’s team came against Wolves in February 2023.

The Spain international had just returned from a long-term hip injury and has also sustained hamstring, thigh and knee issues since his £20m move from Bayern Munich in 2020. With only five months remaining on a lucrative four-year contract, and no extension in sight, Thiago is likely to leave Liverpool on a free transfer this summer.

                          You couldn't make it up.

Couldn't we just pay up his contract...he is wasting a space on the bus.
