I don’t think there’s any conspiracy nonsense, this is just how the club publicly handles troublesome long term injuries.
We’ve seen it with Thiago before, as well as Ox, Keita and Gomez. Bajcetic now too..

That was from the Brighton presser early last month.
That's about the same level of detail that I remember from those other examples.
A rough come back is given, it comes and goes. Klopp then gives a vague update about a setback, not serious but they want to he carefull, etc. Rinse and repeat untill we see the player back again..
