He needs to be part of team training before being considered. Looks like he has now stepped up his recovery and I reckon maybe a week or 2 off being in full team training.

I would guess the West Brom game. Palace surely too soon.

It's weird, players don't really excite me these days but he does. Maybe because the few minutes he's played for us were absolutely sublime. It was like a teaser as to whats to come, a tasty canapé at a posh drinks soiree.

I think if fit he could add so many dimensions to our attack. Hendo and Ginni work their arses off, but they often pass sideways or backwards to retain the ball whereas this guy can use both feet and open up angles very few people can. Last night faced with so many defenders it was hard when we got close to their box, I can just see thiago playing balls no one else could. He could be epic in our shirt, fitness willing.

He has the ability to increase the tempo with one touch passing and sees the forward pass definitely. He needs to stay fit and play consistently though.

Much happier with him as the base in a 2:1 midfield, as he recyles the ball quickly and forwards most of the time.
This puts the pressues right back on the opposition before they can settle back into the defensive bus
removing all the weak links makes us stronger

too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

I actually can't wait to see Curtis line up with him a fair bit - can imagine those two will have a natural telepathy on the pitch

He's going to improve us so much. But looking at that midfield three last night, it's going to be brutal on someone.

He’s going to be like a new signing.

I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

To be fair to him, tackles like the one he was on the end off will always end up ruling players out for months. That one is on the ref. If he had red carded Pickford then that tackle doesn’t happen.

                          Still raging about that game

                              Offal

Asked about his fitness and whether he is targeting a comeback date, the No.6 replied: “No, just taking it step by step.

“We always try to [do it] like we have a wall in front of us, saying ‘OK, you have to make a step back before you can advance.’

“Now we think we are in a right mood and looking forward to the end of the year to try to train another time with the team.”

“The team were doing good the last years, it’s not just about this season, it’s about the last years – they were doing an amazing performance not just in the Premier League but also in the Champions League,” said Thiago.

“The positive part is [the opportunity] to learn more about the club and to learn more about the players from outside the pitch.”

Klopp said he hasn't joined in team training yet so seems like no chance for tomorrow.
