Maybe so but you are accepting that the authorities over there are up to standard. I've seen nothing so far that clearly indicates murder. There has been too much playing to the press by the authorities over there.

If the Jamaican authorities say it's murder, it's murder. I don't think this is the time or place to be debating the competency of the Carribbean police.

I just still can't believe the whole thing. It's like something from a movie or book. The whole World Cup is completely overshadowed now.

It is easy to jump to conclusions, but with the massive array of different betting options on offer now (I myself made £25 yesterday betting that Scotland would score less than 210 against Holland) then I would not be surprised if betting syndicates are involved.

Edit: obviously they would be winning/losing more than £25!

Stress fractures yes, but a stress fracture is a microscopic crack in a bone. According to the autopsy his Hyoid bone was broken. Vomiting cant do that.

It's easy to rule out if marks on neck was self induced. I'm sure that's been checked and ruled out.

They would not open a murder investigation without damning evidence. The implications and repercussions on Cricket and the World Cup is unacceptable. That is why they took such a long time to announce the cause of death. They must have known immidiately that Foul Play was the cause

They have had a world authority from the States confirm the autopsy results. He wouldnt risk his reputation to please the Press and their speculations
