My brother usually gets dumped after about 4 wks into the cricket season!

He is the coach at Liverpool CC but plays too. Usually his g/f's get pissed off playing second fiddle.

That's the only bad thing...It takes all day. I used to play league cricket, but that's on a Saturday...every Saturday during the summer....all day + nets on a Wednesday. I would be dumped...simple.

My team plays on a Sunday, but not on bank holidays and not on Glastonbury wkd.... you've gotta get your priorities right

It's stupid. If you start going out with someone and you know they are into something like that then why then get a nark on down the line when they are doing it?

I used to play for a team on saturdays, but it's a rip off that you have to pay £6 pounds per game.

Plus all of the equipment is so expensive so it really isn't worth playing anymore.

Don't suppose anyone wants to buy a GM purist origonal bat?

i used to be an opening batsman, gave it up though, was taking up too much drinking time on a saturday.
