Vaughan becomes England's most sucessfull captain as England wrap up the series. Honourable mention for West Indies who made a game of it and only lost by 60 runs.

I've said it before and i will say it again by Chanderpaul should be batting at one down for W Indies as should KP for England.

Hoggard replaces Plunkett for the Final test.

Some Ford guy from Essex turned down the India coaching job. Emburry could be the next choice.

India touring Ireland in a couple of weeks with a few ODI's against South Africa before coming to beat England. Zaheer is a doubt though

Shewag and The Turbanator have't made the tour squad for Ireland and England Nor has Pathan (mite be injured?)

Neways Power has made it He is fatter than Robert Key FFS!

Can't say i am to happy about the squad but the selecters did say they would rotate some of our players to give them a rest.

Would off like to see Kaif given another chance aswell as he always does well against England

Jaffer made the squad He is even more defensive than The Wall (Dravid) Karthik will open with Wasim i take it- not seen to much of him but the must rate him highly if he is a wicket keeper but can make it into the team as a batter.

Dhoni is in the team

Also sum 72 year old (his name escapes me) is temporary coach for the tour of Ireland and England. I hope we get Dav Whatmore as coach after

Monty is quality. FACT

He has proved that he can get wickets against the best and has done it against every team he has faced. He is also excellent at shutting down one end with tight over after tight over.

India is a good team and I think it will be a great series. I think England will edge it because we are good at home and windies have got us into a bit of form. Vaughan couldn't have hoped for a better series to have made his comeback, Cook is scoring runs for fun, Belly is in the runs, Collingwood is playing well (as always) and KP looks as menacing as ever. With the exception of Strause our batting line up is looking quite formidable. Hoggard and Monty will get wickets and Russian Roulette Harmy will always have hostile spells and is starting to look much better. It is a shame we are without Freddy because with him our bowling would very strong as well.


However, you are not to be underestimated as your team has real quality and you have some world class players. I think it will prove a stern test for Sidebottom, if he gets the nod then I fear he may come unstuck against better batsmen when conditions don't help him. If he does it against you guys then he will have proved the doubters wrong.

Our bowling attack sucks at the minute. Monty is the only one who has been consistant this series and Flintoff will need a long rest to get himself right. It has been good to see us scoring some runs again though.
