THE REGISTRATION LIST HAS NOW CLOSED.

After a further meeting today, by Team Hatton.

The decision was made that the fairest method of allocation would be by a postal ballot. Team Hatton have decided that after deducting a number of tickets for close family & sponsors, the remainder will be distributed to Ricky's fans.

The first stage of the priority ballot is open to fans who have attended previous fights of Ricky, in the USA. Therefore, please enclose photocopies of the tickets of fights that you have attended, in the USA, to enable us to prioritise your booking

It was also decided that there would be a limit of two (2) tickets per application.

It is important for you to know, that almost 55% of our allocation will be in the top price range. (Price to be confirmed)

Still, at this stage, we do not know the location of these seats within the venue, however this will not stop the sale proceeding.

Successful applicants drawn out of the hat will be issued tickets from seating plan, on a first come, first served basis.

Specific locations will not be available, via the UK Box Office.

A booking form has been designed that will offer the various categories of tickets, in the event of you being unsuccessful you will be given the opportunity to purchase "next best option".

However, we strongly recommend that you advise us of a final price "not to exceed". All bookings by credit card MUST be accompanied by a photocopy of both sides of the credit/debit card and a utilities bill, not more than 3 months old, and addressed to where the card being used is registered. Any application which does not have these inclusions WILL NOT BE ENTERED INTO THE BALLOT, AND WILL BE SHREDDED.
All major debit & credit cards accepted, with the exception of American Express and Diners Club. Any bookings incorrectly completed will be withdrawn from the application process.

All transactions by Credit or debit card will be shown from "90 Minutes" on your statement.

We have had to take these measures due to fraudulent applications for the Urango & Castillo fights. Anyone wishing to avoid this requirement can pay by cheque made out to "PUNCH PROMOTIONS LTD."

Payments made by cheque will not require such authorisations, applicants need only clearly print their name and address on the reverse. Any cheques incorrectly completed will be withdrawn from the application process, cheques will not be returned unless such applications are accompanied by a stamped, self addressed envelope. Post dated cheques will NOT be processed.

Anyone wishing to buy the After Fight Party or Merchandise Pack can do so on the booking form.

Not quite as bad as most tickets being in the top price range but it would seem that's where the majority of their tickets will be for.
