Didn't get to see the fight but caught the last three rounds on the radio about 2am.

Will be looking to download the fight in the next few days to have a good look at it. Saw the ten minute bit above (thanks).

Joe simply must go the US now and step up too to make a final pay-day against someone like Hopkins and go out on a high staying unbeaten throughout him career.

I haven't read all of the thread, but for the time being I'll drop the Chicken Joe nickname for a while now (just for you Welshies). He showed so much heart and know how during that fight against what I believe was the stronger man.

I await announcement of his next career move.

What a great boxer Calzaghe is. A true Champion and must surely now be the best British fighter of all time. All he needs now is a big fight, and win, against Hopkins in the States and after that he should call it a day. Deserves the rest.

BTW I thought Kessler was superb as well. Another great boxer who has all the attributes to become World Champ again. And, a true gent to boot.

I agree with coops, but to be honest, as you mostly know, I have always rated him higher than you bunch of c)nts

ha ha I dont think it will add to his legacy if he beats a past it Jones jnr or even Hopkins...because he would destroy either of them. Still if it makes him a huge payday then im all for it.
I just hope the next 2 fights are his last 2 and that he retires undefeated.

I just hope he remains unbeaten in the next year, and I think he will, as he's been awesome this past five years or so. One of the very best out there!
