Here's one just for you, Les.

For the past 10 years Frank Warren has managed and promoted Joe.

As Joe's Manager Frank Warren has picked some poor opponents for Joe mainly Kabary Salem, Bika etc that coupled with various other issues like using Joe as a pawn to secure contracts with other fighters like Karl Froch, Joe now wishes to Manage himself.

This means Joe will now have 100% freedom in selecting his next opponent(s) after the Kessler fight and have greater control over his remuneration for promotions, endorsements and bouts with future opponents.

This could be another great step for Joe and a step close to Joe making a step up to Light Heavyweight.

          I'm gutted about this weekend!

I had planned to subscribe to Setanta for November so that I can watch the Lpool- Blackburn game on Saturday (plus also another Lpool game the week after) then watch the Calzaghe fight in the early hours of the morning. But I'm going away to the in-laws on Friday for the weekend and will miss it all.

My idea is that I still might subscribe for the month (don't know if I'll bother now though) and try to record the fight, and possibly the football too, on Setanta. I'll probably stay up for the Calzaghe fight on Saturday anyway and listen to it on the radio (being a huge Calzaghe fan) but I hope to see it somehow at some point.

I suppose as it's exclusive to Setanta the fight won't be viewed anywhere else after that - do you guys think the fight will somehow find it's way onto Youtube?!

Any other suggestions? I won't be going out to try and find a pub showing it in the early hours of the morning as it isn't suitable with a busy Sunday ahead!

I've got €50 on Kessler to stop Calzaghe

Is the full card posted earlier correct? And so am I then correct in thinking that it will be early morning before the match is on?

Joe to stop Kessler in the 8th.

                      C'Mon Joe.

Really looking forward to this fight.

Okay...I'm a keen but fair-weather boxing fan - i.e. I watch all the big title fights when Brits or big names are involved, but not much else and I don't follow the non-title fight stuff. Consequently I know little about Kessler and have never seen him fight, but I know he's unbeaten and I'm really looking forward to this bout.

I love watching Calazghe though and I hope he gives him some of the treatment he handed out to Jeff Lacy.

What sort of fighter is Kessler and can he realisitically beat Joe?

Yes Kessler can realisticly beat Calzaghe. This fight is probably the biggest in the UK since Hatton vs Tszyu.

Kessler is a bit of a bully. Very powerful. Likes to come forward.

On paper it's got cracker written all over it.

                            I for one can't wait.
