should be alright, the ref was a bit annoying alright.
Having said home soil, the fight must have felt like a home fight for Ricky in Vegas.
Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'

"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

Is there any chance of a Hatton v Khan fight in the not too distant future? If I was Khan I would fancy my chances - maybe not just yet, but if Khan is given a good hard year to develop.

Hatton would destroy Khan inside 4 rounds, the fight will never happen Khan is on his way up through the ranks and no way would Warren even contemplate trying to set the fight up.

Like I said, not just yet, maybe a year or 18 months down the line. I think if Khan continues his current level of development he would take him out.

I just can't see it ever happening, Hatton will fight Mayweather or DeLa Hoya and then probably retire.

                Very interesting indeed

I'd like to see someone destroy Witter above all else at the moment, maybe Khan could do that

Witter can throw a punch and Khans chin is suspect to say the least... I would rather avoid that one if I was Khan.

So do you think Witter is better than Hatton?

I think Hatton would deal with Witters style better than Khan could. So I would strongly back Hatton in that fight.

Having said that I really believe that Khans style is evolving into something very similar to Mayweather and therefore is more suited to someone like Hatton.

                        Good point.

I just have a hatred of Witter and I'm not entirely sure why!!

He doesn't really bother me. Looks like a strong lad and he seems to pack a punch.

There are some really good British boxers right now but these guys over in the US - some of them are just on another level.

Guys like Khan and Witter should go out there to train. I find it shocking that Khan turned down the chance to train out there because he would get homesick.
