Early days but not looking good.

Over the moon with that half-point was getting worried about losing big time, but digging deep and coming up the half-point will do us the world of good, come on you brits!! (mmh EURope)

2 points already today, great comeback from Stenson and Wilson!

EDIT: And a great half point there.

Been a good morning for Europe, getting themselves back into this. Really need to do it in the fourballs though.

                        9-7 at the end.

Europe could have won that last point, poor putt by Karlsson.

Still in it though, decent day overall.

What an absolutely thrilling days' golf that was! Can't wait for the singles. Bold selection from Faldo - have to say I'd've split our top men between the start and the finish. He's loaded the end...

Draw for Sunday's Ryder Cup singles (US players first):

1703 Anthony Kim v Sergio Garcia

1714 Hunter Mahan v Paul Casey

1725 Justin Leonard v Robert Karlsson

1736 Phil Mickelson v Justin Rose

1747 Kenny Perry v Henrik Stenson

1758 Boo Weekley v Oliver Wilson

1809 JB Holmes v Soren Hansen

1820 Jim Furyk v Miguel Angel Jimenez

1831 Stewart Cink v Graeme McDowell

1842 Steve Stricker v Ian Poulter

1853 Ben Curtis v Lee Westwood

1904 Chad Campbell v Padraig Harrington

Interesting that, Not sure i like loading everything at the end to be honest. WOuld prefer to have done it torrance style and load the front, get up them to start.

Strange decison, would have started with the big guns and finished with Harrington and other big one.

Im a fan of Faldo but he's left himself open if we lose this and if he wins everyone will just say we should have won anyway.

                                THE FIGHT BACK IS ON

The US have 6 rookies on their own today so hopefully we can take advantage of that.
