how do fighters lose so much weight in the last week or two?

tall ... hes 5.9 - 5.10 ... hes just done a weight cut ... most people look like **** after a weight cut

Sure he's no oil painting but Conor looks quite rough, especially with his t shirt tucked into his tracky bottoms, his bottoms pulled up to his arm pits like Simon Cowell and that scruffy beard

For a tall man 145 doesn't suit him.

Looks like a difficult opponent for Gunnar, bit nervous for him, he can't lose two in a row now, that would be a step back. What time are the fights?

Very dangerous dude, kickboxer with a vicious clinch, started training Karate at 4 ... and has a mullet .... So hes a karate mullet wearing kick boxer .... ****ing Awesome ... Gunner has his hands full ... should be a quality fight
