It was a hell of a fight and Groves was fantastic, hugely impressive. Yes the ref stopped it too early but Froch was getting to Groves & it looked like Froch would have ended it that round anyway.

The ref ****ed it up, not Froch, not Groves.

The judges cards were poor too, I didn't have it as far apart as some but he was still 3 up on my card. With the 9th going to Froch that's 2 down with 3 to play. Would have been a hell of a finish.

A rematch won't have the same impact, Froch will be on his a game & Groves won't have the same surprise factor.

I didn't realise Groves was a big puncher though, he was ****ing immense tonight.

Think Groves should give De Gale a rematch. That pillock must be bored of fighting in Bluewater

Sky come out well with this result, bit of controversy with the finish means the buy rate for the rematch on box office will be very well bought I'd imagine

Adam Booth in tears with Groves at the end.
Be amazed if Froch wants the rematch.

Like Marty said, I think the surprise factor with Groves has probably gone now. May not do aswell in a rematch

It's time to get the Froch out of here.

I'm off to catch a few Zzzzzzz.

I'll gladly take even money if you fancy a bet on froch in the rematch (but if Froch has any sense there won't be a rematch)

Id never bet on Froch. I think he is a dickhead. I never bet on someone who I dont like, even if it is easy money

George groves gone right up in my estimation...looked timid in the build up over the last month but was outstanding tonight and got robbed by that stoppage...disgrace of a stop. Can't believe it to be honest. Froch may well have gone on to spark groves out, well never know but that should never have got stopped there...feel for groves

Could? It will. Rios blocks punches with his face.

If Many is half the boxer he was pre the brutal KO from Marquez then he'll destroy Rios.

Pacman is a bit of an unknown quantity these days though, he had his golden spell but that seems to have passed now. I have read so many rumours about drugs I wonder if it had any truth to it?

Poor way to win for Froch imo after all the talk of being the greatest ever boxer ever to box in boxing.

Has to be a re-match, but Froch will be scared now.

Don't think you can blame Froch for the manner of the victory, fair play to Groves he was very good last night but then Froch took it all and kept on going.

Certainly need a re-match but I'm not 100% it will happen
