I'd go for a confidence builder then quickly onto Brook probably. I'd avoid Garcia for a little while.

One warm up before going after a strap holder is different though. I think if he went and had two, or three easy fights then it could turn into four or five with the hype machine in full flow proclaiming each of those fights as being true tests against "top" fighters.

I think he needs to get back on the horse pretty quickly, and that means getting into the mix with the better guys in the division asap otherwise the same cycle of pushing **** around like a dung beetle starts again.

Get a warm up against a credible but limited fighter and then go all out for Vargas or Brook. Beat one of them and then start calling for a big Vegas bout against another strap holder.

He really has very little to lose at this point in terms of reputation. He already has a track record of getting sparked every time he goes in against a good fighter so the worst that can happen is that he maintains that reputation. But finally getting a win against a good fighter could see him finish his career on a bit of a high and maybe even get him that money fight he so wants against Mayweather jnr (who is pretty sure to return at some point, and who of late has been re-registering and updating a lot of his domain and trademarked names with the number 50 being added in)

Yeah, to be fair that doesn't sound like a bad plan. He needs the warm up though, and agree with getting fights coming quickly. Sitting around for 6 months at a time calling out world-class fighters isn't where he needs to be at the moment. Think he wasted far too much time chasing Mayweather.

Yep the constant calling of of Mayweather and Garcia is tiresome. He needs to go after a top fighter and accept that if it is one of the major belt holders that he is the challenger and as such does not get to dictate the venue or pay out.

If I were him and I felt confident that I could beat Garcia, then I would be making it very clear that I would fight Garcia in New York or Vegas and that as a challenger I would be taking the smaller share of the take home. Basically I would be making it difficult for the belt holder to turn me down without losing face. The media would do the rest of the legwork.

He's far too skillful for domestic level, and even "contender-level" but he gets found out by the best, and sometimes not even the best if he gets caught flush. So who does he fight? If he wants to continue then personally I think he needs to be active and get a few quick wins on his record once he's fit to fight again, but then he's said himself that he struggles to motivate himself for fights he's expected to win.
I would add power onto that list as well.

Looks like Warren is trying to hype the Khan vs Bradley Skeete angle that he tried to push five or six months ago.

Love the boxer but the man is a buffoon. As you said indefensible.

Aah now, the man is just speaking the truth and anyone who says otherwise must be attacking his culture and faith.

Who the **** has that bum fought for his 29 wins?

He looks like he could be beaten by the woman who runs the ****ing Zumba class at total fitness

Even at "free" I feel robbed by that. The worst boxing match I've ever seen in my life, and I've seen some **** over the years. Only saving grace is 10% of the ticket sales going to Nick Blackwell. Hope he's earned a fair bit from this to tide him over while he decides what to do next.

Hayes a joke now. Shame. Though more shame on the morons that pay for **** like that.

Hayes antics after the fight were even more embarassing, no wonder he didn't want Dempsey doing his interview, he'd have called him out on that ****.

Did you get the impression that the plan was for a joke of a WWE confrontation in the ring when he was shouting "where's Briggs" and calling him a "chump", only to be thwarted by security and boxing officials? Why else was Briggs out there with his top still off an hour after his fight? Just brought back memories of that Chisora nonsense...

Haha! Yep, was defo planned. Made even more sense that he wouldn't let Dempsey interview as he's not shy on calling him on stuff like that. He called him out on fighting the bum last time so Haye wouldn't let him work tonight apparently, sad as ****. Instead he got another yes man who entertained it all. He's got no shame at all. This is the complete opposite of what he used to be, he obviously needs the cash for least resistance then will cash out v Joshua eventually.
