You're hatred for Fury is clouding your judgement here.

Whyte is a gatekeeper, nothing more. Fury should UD him with relative ease

Fury by TKO for me. He'll wear him down and finish it in the later rounds.

If he can cheat his way past Zap to earn a title shot, I would be happy to give him a jolly good thrashing.

I'll even bring three judges with me whose scoring would make Canelo blush.

I already said I fancy Fury to win it and that anything less than a stoppage win of some kind for Fury would be be a poor result for Fury. Think that made it pretty clear of their level in comparison to the other.

Anything else is just chat about what underdog chances Whyte may have.

Mad that they have Fury having shorter odds for winning by KO than on points.

Have to say that 28/1 on Whyte getting the nod by decision or TD is almost tempting for a small bet

Bet365 2-1 Fury points and BetVictor going 1-2 fight to finish by stoppage 7-4 points

    Fury stoppage 5/6 best price

Think I'll have £50 on each

2/1 for Fury to win on points seems generous.

Who are those odds with and what are the odds on Fury winning by KO/TKO/DQ there?

I would be surprised if Fury managed to stop him, the only hope of that would be Whyte to gas himself (as he does) and Fury throwing a flurry without response. I know that Povetkin KO'd him but I don't think that Fury has that same one shot power, that was timed to perfection too - so a couple of variables were involved.

I'm still not sure if I'll be bothered to tune in.

Totally agree that Fury does not have one shot power, and would say Fury has a lot less power than many heavyweights tbh, especially for his weight and general size.

But I think Fury could wear him out with spoiling, leaning, ****housing etc along with a steady build up of shots and that could/should lead to Whyte tiring and/or making a mistake and being stopped that way.

Whyte being somewhat clumsy is in Fury's favour as he generally does ok against those that are not smooth movers.

Would also agree that Whyte is better than he was when he faced Joshua, but he does blow hot and cold and usually does better when the fight stays straight in front of him and comes at him so that he can go meet it the same way.

His conditioning for the fight is key too. He cannot come in carrying too much timber and being in that stay puff marshmallow man shape he gets into when he tries to add weight for a fight.

He needs to be in the sort of shape that allows him to work Fury as Fury is a guy that does not like a pace being set for him
