yeah they seemed pretty amicable and spoke about it quite a bit.

what was interesting was when they first approached the subject Froch basically said something like

"look, i don't even know Amir, we've hardly ever spoken which is why it's good for them to meet like this, around a table and chat because he's realised he's(amir) is a nice bloke"

He then explained to Amir what happened - it was over Amir getting knocked out twice.

A reporter asked Froch -"if HE, was knocked out twice like Kahn had been, what he do...." froch said, if it was me....carl froch, at 35, wife/kids, end of career, two bad knockouts like that....I'd retire"

this end up going out as "FROCH SAYS KAHN SHOULD RETIRE"

things got out of context, kahn kicked off on twitter and it went back and forth

but they both seemed like it had been sorted out and they were joking about it and saying how difficult it is with the media....how they as boxers lock themselves away for months, no see's or hears them, as they train their bollocks off - and then come fight time/press conferences etc, they are so wound up and highly strung, that they will say something, literally one sentance that last five seconds in a press conference that is an hour long - but those five seconds will get jumped all over and the press make a mountain out of mole hill

At this point they look at Haye....he was ****ing laughing and saying the opposite - he said he loves it all, plays up to it, knows exactly what he is going to say all the time and get it out there and that it's all part of his 'plan' for pr to make money

Really enjoyed the show - a good insight into them all - Froch seems to be a top guy Hard working and humble but extremely confident in himself/own ability without any arrogance coming out

One thing that annoyed me a little bit was they all wanted to be heard and listened too! which is fair enough, but it meant they all kept on butting in or over talking each other so they could get their point across.

I think the program would have benefited from being longer, or maybe a 4 part series so they could have focused on individual stories etc without what seemed like the need to rush everything in

that said tho - as massive sports fan and a reasonable boxing fan, i'd defo recommend it. Certainly to all the people who have posted in this thread, it means they have some interest in boxing, and i'd think they'd would enjoy it

        Nice one.

Glad it seems sorted. Our fighters should be united.

yeah it was nice to see them all chat

Froch seemed to come across as the main man - even kahn and haye stopped and listened to him if that makes sense. - what was good as well was the advice they were giving to the young lad who won bronze at the olympics

there was some really interesting stories about fights they all had when no-one knew who they were - and that apparently only the top 5% of professional boxers in the whole world make enough money to live off/retire financially sound.....not wealthy! just comfortable

I met Anthony Ogogo at the Olympics. Saw him fight as well and he looks a real prospect. Must have been great for him to be in that company and be inspired.

Future of British boxing is very bright. Just really want to see Price v Fury this year!!

Fury won't take that fight, No need he is closer to a world title and would get sparked big time. Really rate Price, Fury will get found out soone enough

Unless you've got near ringside seats I don't see the point in going to live boxing.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Sorted it. Looks like one of the photos came from a website that google flagged up as Malware distributors. Deleted the pic now.

So can you check it again for me?

Good atmosphere, went to the Millenium for the Calzaghe vs Manfrado fight a few years back - great night out (although Cardiff was a touch fighty that night)
