Berto is one of Haymon's fighters and Floyd has some sort of tie up with him as well. However I'd be surprised if Mayweather would fight under the PBC banner. He generally promotes his own shows.

Just the CBS thing is strange. I know they own Showtime, but I imagine their budgets and operations are completely discrete. So they must be compensating Showtime somehow (who had lost money on Floyd fights prior to Manny, due to minimum revenue clauses). Wondered if they'd do a Mayweather Promotions in association with PBC type thing, where the undercard would be Haymon, which would benefit CBS with their relationship going forward with PBC.
