I have read Froome's book , made me change my thoughts on him.

He has done brilliant to get where he is and it is some feat to win it two years out of three.

It was a cracking tour this year, Sky were by far the best team out there and Froome was excellent for the 3 weeks to win it.

I think (hope) he's clean, problem with cycling is it's history tells a pretty bleak story of cheating.

Sky with Dave Brailsford I wouldn't see how he couldn't be.

I loved all the attacking each other , it was like a boxing match at times all having a go at each other.

Last day in the Alps Quintana gave it a right go and Porte and Pouwels done a brilliant job to keep the deficit down.

Was very please he won but haven't seen anywhere near as much of it this year for one reason or another. Don't get this Arfican bull****- plenty sportsmen the same- Mo Farrah for example.

Just cos him & Wiggo fell out don't mean there's any need to take sides. The celebration should be for Britain winning 3/4 years which after never winning before is amazing.

Saw a doc on him the other week & he came across as proper sound anyways.

Kav has equaled the highest amount of stages won by one person which is 28 yesterday. Never worn the yellow jersey and is bsck with his lead out man of old.

Hes still a massive moody cunt though.

So Froome has taken Quintana by surprise yesterday and leads him by 23 secs in the general classification. Today will be an exciting stage.

How lucky was Kav yesterday. Was so sure he going to get swept up. Only Eddie Mercs has won more stages than Kav now. Out of 8 stages so far 5 wins have been by British riders which is an amazing stat.
Some monstrous climbs today as well.

The crowds are making this interesting and amusing but dangerous at the same time.
