Phil Liggett makes a good point about who helped him do this, 500 clean tests over his career, you don't manage that without some serious help!
Armstrong is the big name of course but cycling was rotten to the core it seems during these times and senior officials within the UCI & the tour need serious investigation; obviously Armstrong benefitted hugely from sponsorship deals over the years but the boom in interest for the tour in general was huge off the back of his "success", it wouldn't be a great leap to suggest he was protected by those at the top levels of the sport.
Lets hope these days of EPO are over and we don't see another big name found to be a lying, cheating *******
