Did anyone notice the "Robbie Fowler Property Academy" adverts going around Cardiff?

Was a very good game of rugby.

      I'm nervous.

I think we've a chance here. I think we could win, I am not sure we will...

I enjoyed that. France didn't tire as I thought they might and the game never quite got broken enough to benefit the likes of Russell and Hogg.

Scotland will obviously beat Italy and are going to go into the games against England and Wales with plenty of confidence. Hopefully for them they won't be missing anyone for their next game. A two week break is handy but I can't recall what the head injury protocols are, so worst case will be they miss one or more players for the next match (and maybe Laidlaw too).

At full strength I think they're capable of taking more (big) scalps this year.

                    It was a good game.

I'm a bit disappointed, but realistically France deserved it. They kept the game on their own terms and mainly kept our back so out of it. We missed Laidlaws game management and looked a bit lost without him.

Ali Price is a talent though.

We've seen the best and the worst of Finn Russell in both games. You have to accept the mistakes because the creativity he brings offers so much.

We look like we'll score every time the ball goes to our backs so if we can beef up the front row a bit, I think we have the basis of a strong team for 5-6 years.

They said on the BBC red button forum that FR was taking some stick but as you imply Scotland wouldn't execute their game plan half as well without him. I'm not sure what your brethren expect Buzzo but although he made the odd mistake had it not been for his one handed off load out of contact they wouldn't have got the second try.

They certainly didn't lose the game because of him.

We can be a fairly unrealistic bunch... I totally agree. You can't expect both, he is a maverick and plays a hugely expansive style of Rugby that is an absolute joy to watch. His pluses outweigh the minuses by a long way. I for one can still recall watching Dan ****ing Parks play for us.

He's such a creative force, and is normally involved somewhere in all of our tries. He creates space for the likes of Hogg by throwing some outrageous passes. He will get even better for sure.

Or Ruraidh Jackson . . . (save for one goal kick v someone once IIRC).

They're definitely in a better place now.

Anticipating a couple of fascinating matches today.

Hopefully they will be nail bitingly close for the neutral to enjoy before England pummel Italy tomorrow (which I don't think they'll do to any great extent as Italy can't keep being utterly woeful for the entire tournament).

Yep, it's shaping up to a fascinating tournament.

I'm off to Murrayfield in a few hours. Should be an intriguing match today, will be interesting to see how Scotland manage without Laidlaw. I think Price is a good scrum half, and will perhaps give the backs quicker ball than Laidlaw, but it's Greigs kicking and captaincy we may miss against a far more experienced Welsh team.

Ireland France promises to be bruising, the French pack are monsters.
