DRS worked as well as it could have there, no? On field ump gave out, third ump had a gander, heard the nick, didn't think there was enough to overturn, so didn't. They have to be certain to overturn the on-field decision. So Pietersen's out.

You could hear it on the audio anyway. Given the bat was nowhere near pad, that noise was more than enough to put doubt in the third umpire's mind, even without confirmation from snicko.Comment
