However, I'm sure I recall reaching 2500 kalories a day being some ****ing task. I was literally eating food non stop all day Maybe I misremember but I'm sure that was the case. Gave up in the end as it was just too expensive to keep buying so much food
That can't be right .....yesterday I went well over and ate about 2000 with ease. If you have 4 slices of toast and a cup of tea then that's over 500 straight away!

4 slices of toast in one sitting? I couldn't do that.
      Oh I don't know.

I've downloaded a Livestrong calorie app for free for Windows phone. Great little tool, you can add your food, set your goal and add your exercise and it works it all out for you.

Just like you, I feel like I'm eating plenty, in fact I feel like I'm eating more than enough. For example, I had a 2 egg omelette and a banana for breaky, a tin of tuna and sweetcorn for mid day snack, baked beans for lunch and a salmon fillet and bowl of frozen veg (in the mircrowave) for dinner. All with plenty to spare (based on 1800 a day).

            Cripes.

I have 2 sarnies most days. One for brekkie, one for lunch, so 4 slices.
            Oh I don't know.

I'm bang on 14st fully clothed. It's my belly and fat back that's killing me.

You tall with it though? I'm only 5'10ish"

My belly is smaller than my shoulders so I look in ok proportions. Age 33 I was 11st 6lbs but looked ill, at 43 I don't look any older but a fair bit healthier. Fat don't crack and all that It's true that the older you get the harder it is to get it off by exercise. Dieting becomes the only way, which is a pisser if you like food

But toast is such a boring food. I hardly ever eat it. Just when I have dry bread left which is too nasty to eat otherwise.
                        Oh I don't know.
