Well alot of people swear by Multi Vitamins. But then equally the same amount of people think they are bad.
A balanced diet gives you all you need. But its not always easy to do that in my case. I think ive taken them for about 10 years. I don't really get ill much. I used to get run down all the time when I was younger.*Except Michael, who died.

I don't believe in this multi-vitamin ****e. I mean 50 different vitamins, minerals and plants have been extracted and formed into a pill.
I don't think there has been one study to show any real benefits from multivitamins. Can the human body even digest such an amalgamation? The industry is massive and keeps hundreds of thousands employed and doesn't really do any harm, hence the hush hush.
I do however believe in a spoonful of cod liver oil, green tea (don't drink it myself), fruit and veg.
