if you read my post you would see the first line was a joke, as I then attempted to explain why you didnt see a weight loss

      muller light mint choc yogurts

no fat, 90 calories in a pot and its rather tasty, you can also freeze them and have a frozen yogurt/ice cream thing, well worth the 40p investment

Question for anyone that knows though. If while down the gym should I mix up my cardio? Because I enjoy the cycling, and could do it the whole time. Or should I do others to mix it up? I've always assumed cardio was cardio.
Always good to mix your work outs, your body gets used to them otherwise and you dont push yourself. With Cardio I have a rule, if I get on a machine, Min I do 20, but I shoot for 40 mins and rarely do anything other the 40 minutes. Hit the Magic 84 KG this morning !!! I have been trying to get there for Donkeys years

Well when you have been 92kg, 84 is quite an achievement, I have been hovering around 88, then 86 for about a year, and never below 86 no matter how much excerise i do, and usually I do quite a lot. At 5,11, 38 years old to hit 84 and beginnings of a 6 pack i am quite pleased with myself, but then again I was born quite pleased with myself

Chill out fella, your obviously not a liar just a freak of nature. Rather foolishly I assumed that if you cut back on your calories and exercised more you would lose weight. You must have an under active thyroid

I've started taking a cod liver oil capsual once a day. My burps for several hours afterwards have a horribly fishy taste

the seven seas ones do seem to have the fishy after taste. i now use the own brand ones from asda. best taken just before some food.

i did take a couple of courses of glucosamine for joint pain but i couldnt see any difference?

                        Get this:

It's absolutley awesome. No fish taste at all, and packed with nutrients. It's also cheaper than similar level supplements.

beer is the killer for me, I think an estimate of 10 pints a week for 3 years ( which is probably still short of the truth ) is 300,000 calories which would be 6 stone

Definitely my Achilles heel. I can easily starve myself for long periods, run myself into the ground at the gym, do anything to lose weight bar giving up the booze. I used to be content that I could drink heavily every day and still keep in decent shape, but now that I’ve cut my boozing down I’d like to see a few noticeable results. Even at that, my reduced rate is still at least 3 times your weekly average and I know I’ll still regularly go through periods were I’ll drink every day for a few weeks. I’ve tried to be calorie conscious for a while and have cut back on a lot of things, but I’ve purposely avoided finding out the amount of calories in beer as it will be seriously demoralizing.

Top tip: consume less, do more.

Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.
