Luckily there are 8 of us going. It's an open session. 3 teams to be filled or something. It's going to really hurt isn't it.

How is everyone doing a month out from the new year? I've managed to keep everything up, and I'm actually starting to enjoy and look forward to the gym. I can run for 20 minutes straight now on the treadmill which is a big achievement for me. Not been cycling for a while so it's nice to get fit some other way.

              Well done.

I dont run because I always get injured but I went for an 8 mile walk today and my weight has been stable at 15.5 ish for best part of 3 years now since my initial change of lifestyle.

              I look awesome! ha, honest!

That's the one! I can only presume Mexican lads don't know how to treat girls as my brother is a right Div - Griss is gorgeous & puts up with him - they're going to be moving back there in the next few years to start a family (hence the conversation) that & the be careful for stray bullets warning on New Years Eve from her family - it seems like a completely different world!!!

It's a very macho country and a very young one at that. More women than men and the average age of the population is 23..

Griss is the name of our maid how funny as it's not a very popular name.
