Just holding onto a weighted bar, or holding yourself up on a pullup bar works.

        Deadlifts too.

Also, you can just open & close your fingers for as many reps & as fast as poss- you should feel the burn in your forearms. You can do that sat in front of the telly or at your desk at work any time you remember so can get loads of sets in.

Also try get hold of an eaglecatcher. Gimme a sec to Google a link so you can see what I mean. Climbers use em - and martial artists which is why I ended up with one.
        3rd place. Worst champions ever.

Been trying all these, just need to be a bit more patient I suppose.

**** me, that's quite scary looking. Never heard of one before, so will investigate.

I like the idea that I'd be rotating my wrists as opposed to just extending forward and back, but I'd worry that my lack of co-ordination and lack on sensation on my left hand would make it impossible on that side.

Are you sure it isn't symptomatic of anything more serious?

IIRC this is how Babbel was first diagnosed....

Or you could just have a weak grip (though not very strong)

Nah, I’ve just always had very weak wrists and as a result they have fractured quite a lot. Even as a kid they would be sore after fighting or punching things and they have always been troublesome.

I think arthritis will eventually be a concern as my joints do tend to get quite sore, but ATM it shouldn’t effect me lifting weights, whereas my puny wrists do.

Have you had it diagnosed? You should probably see a rheumatologist if not.

I didn’t think there was anything to it, bar having girly wrists. I honestly don’t think there is though, if you have wrists like twigs then they aren’t gonna be able to take much impact, nor are they gonna be able to handle heavy weights.

I’ll keep on trying to strengthen them as I am and if I have no joy, maybe see if it is a more serious issue. But I do doubt it.
