Has to be porridge for me for breakfast every day - great source of energy and I'm never hungry in the mornings.

I take mine with a sprinkle of cinnamon, a few raisins and skimmed milk. Half way through cooking (nukeing), add a tea spoon of honey and a handful of blueberries and that, my friends, is a delicious and nutritious breakfast!

Also grated apple/pear instead of bluberries goes quite well or chop up some banana after the cooking.

    Porridge FTW

I like porridge but it gives me heartburn for some reason.

Anyone here lactose intolerant? I reckon I am although I have never had it medically confirmed. I find my stomach is much more settled and does not bloat when I have cereal or tea with soya milk.

Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

Fair enough. I try to avoid weighing myself too often, but I'll admit I do it more than I plan to as well. Generally you can tell the difference in your clothes, so I think that's a good basic indicator of weight loss/gain.

As for writing it all down, well my is all recorded in the my fitness pall app, so I guess I'm just as obsessive as you are

Got another health assessment pencilled in for 3rd May. Was originally supposed to be in January, but it was too much effort staying off the booze so I cancelled.

Am a lot heavier now and have eaten an unhealthy amount of eggs so curious to see how it goes.

Will maybe have to kick off my wee egg diet again to shed a few pounds in the meantime.

Not another one on the egg diet?

This egg diet does sound rank. For a single person maybe, but if you have a partner it must be the worst thing ever for them.

Another one? Is there such a diet? I was just doing a low carb diet and decided to eat plenty of eggs for convenience.

And as I clarified when previously discussed, I had no partner issues when on it. If anything I farted much less as I was off the booze.

Really am curious how this has effected my cholesterol though, if it’s as bad as people keep warning.

Anyone know what their body fat percentage is? I'm curious about that, especially after reading a recent article.

                          Too much

I was already quite skinny when I was dieting, but it was my body fat I wanted to reduce.

The article I was reading said the girl got her body fact down from a ‘healthy 24%’ to less than 15%, the benchmark for athletes according to them.

That was alright, but my gf said hers was measured at 18% recently and that can’t be right (might have to delete this posts after. )

Only via BMI which seems massively flawed. Mine is currently 25% which puts me right on the edge of the normal weight/overweight band. But I'm fairly muscular in build so I wouldn't say I look overweight these days.
