I've just quickly added up my miles ran since I started recording my runs in 2009 (combination of Nike+ and Endomondo). It works out as the equivalent of running from Liverpool to Florence, Italy. Nearly 2000 miles. I know some on here probably do that in a year, but I'm pretty proud of that

I put on about 6 KGs and about 4 inches on my waist over December FFS.Originally posted by Subby View PostI started back to teh gym on Friday there after the xmas binge, only put on 5 pounds overall so happy enough given what I ate over xmas
13 stone 4
Went from loose fitting 28'' jeans to snug 32'' jeans. I was so close to throwing out all my 32 jeans and medium tops a few months ago, so lucky I didn't.
Ahh well, it will be easily shifted. If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

I actually didn't even do that much TBF. Years of drinking heavily and eating **** with no exercise and I never once topped 65kgs, now that I'm exercising regularly and dieting, as soon as I stop the weight piles on.Originally posted by Assassin View PostJeez, thats some bunter party you have had in December

70kgs now, the heaviest I've ever been, just a few months after looking the fittest I ever have.

Ha ha, despite being 31, I still don't consider myself a 'grown man', I've a few years of maturing left to do yet.Originally posted by Norbs View Post28" waist on a grown man
I was looking great BTW.
