Last week I lifted 60 on my first squats since before Christmas and couldn't walk for days.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

      Rest you *******, rest!

As for my ankles, they're now disgustingly deformed. Basically every time my achilles has gone it tears away from the bone. It hurts! To heal the bone grows a little bit more each time to reattach to the tendon. Over time this has left me with big lumps at the back of each heel. I now have grotesque circus freak feet

Found this pic which is similar to the lump I've got at the back of each heel:

You're basically racing an invalid. Should be a walkover for you
My mate's been running for a couple of years. In this short space his knee filled with shrapnel and he had to have keyhole to flush it out or something. Running's great isn't it

I might have to get someone to challenge me on RowPro

to lose weight i have started walking up my stairs...taking two steps at a time and doing lunges.
i live on the 30th floor... i may look a complete whopper doing it but have lost 5kg in 10 days...and my lifestyle hasnt changed that much other than cutting down (a lot) on booze.

Don't forget to stay well hydrated!

The best way to judge if you've lost 'weight' is to check your waist size.

That's a mental amount to lose in such a short space of time . Are you quite a big guy? Anyway keep it up!

10lb in 10 days is something I have done before. When changing to healthy eating you lose quite a lot of excess weight you carry. Apparently the body has swelling around different parts that goes away with cleaner eating.

Sugars, fats and salty food also make the body retain more water I think.

Its not sustainable obviously, so it slows down to a normal rate quite quickly.
              *Except Michael, who died.

10lbs in 10 days is great, but 10kgs in 10 days is insane, that's 22lbs, a stone and a half!

TBF to you mate, didnt you say you were only 10 stone a few posts back? I'm 14...

Osteo says my hammy is irritated cos my back is slightly twisted & it's overworking as a result. Had 90mins treatment for the price of 30 cos I was the last appointment & he likes me- the massaging is killing today. Not allowed to train today- see how it goes tomorrow for deads. It's a muscle strain & will take up to 4 weeks to repair if I am careful training.
                      3rd place. Worst champions ever.

I'm struggling at the moment with pain on the inside of my shins and hobbling like an idiot. The only time the pain eases is when running

My current Micoach account says I've completed 157.6m in total so we could start from today and lop that off the total
Ok 4.25m done. Nice leisurely one too, so I'll be doing the same tomorrow.
