    Damn impressive. Unfortunately I read an article today, in the independent I think, about an ultra marathon runner who reckoned he had 50k on the clock. Blew my tiny mind. Keep runnin' Pablo, there's more to do.

    My Feb has been disappointing. Think I should aim to keep up with Alex for March, as he's next in the table but way ahead

      Taking my mate (the trainer) to do my biceps and triceps workout tonight. Haha he's going to be wrecked after it. It kills me and is a brutal shift in the gym but the gains from it are noticeable even when it's only done twice a week, with a 3 day rest break between.

      57 dumbell curls
      57 tricep extensions
      then
      57 ez barbell curls
      57 skull crushers

      based on 4 sets of - 20, 15, 12, then 10 (57 in total)

      So you'd do 20 dumbell curls...30 seconds break....then 20 tricep extensions...30 second break....then back to 15 dumbell curls...etc.. until finished the 2 exercises.

      Have a water break for a minute then start the other 2 exercises. In the last 10 reps I throw on another 5-10kg for maximum effect. Absolutely murders your arms for a few days after so I can only do it twice a week at most. Gained 2 inches on the bicep so far by doing this. Creatine, HMB and protein stacked really maximise the gains

      Will report back to say if he managed to do it or not

              Couple of club sessions to add. Tonight's was mainly the 5mile to get to the session and back so the total isn't including the hour worth of drills I did in between. Class sesh though!
              A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

                        I'm away boarding from 9th to the 18th so it's all up for grabs!

                          I have a recurring blister issue on my left foot. Stopped running for 2 weeks and let the skin harden. But then another formed in the exact same spot when I started again. Wore two pairs of socks on that foot this morning on my run and could feel it blossoming after a mile or so - despite the fact I'd swtiched shoes. At this stage, I think I will just continue to run on it and force it to adjust - thoughts?

                              I was doing it before work, but the lack of shower was the issue.
