I rode 16km on Friday but I'm now sitting in bed feeling unwell*.

    Hopefully the two aren't connected!

Jokes aside, one of my sisters was 17st and is only 5'. She became an injecting diabetic and ended up have bariatric surgery. She was told she'd never be able to eat big meals again but tested that daily and now eats **** without putting on any weight.

Lazy cow does no exercise and thinks that being diabetes free is the winner here. Such a shame

I'm still well over weight at 14st and a size 36" waist but I have noticed very slightly that my clothes aren't as tight

Funny how self perspectives go at times.

I have worked my way back up to about 14.5 stone, maybe a litle more, with a 36 inch waist like yourself and I feel like I am hugely underweight/undersized and still cannot get used to how I look in the mirror.

Put on one of my old compression tops yesterday and it now fits like a regular tshirt instead of clinging to my chest and shoulders.
I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

What height are you Jaco? I'm only 5'10" and I'm tubby. 34" waist is where I look best, I don't want a cyclist's body

Not even close to being pear shaped with a 50 to 52 inch chest

I'm pretty thin now though compared to how I used to look given I have lost a few stone of muscle the past few years.

Eliud Kipchoge pulverised his world record in the marathon this morning in Berlin. Worth a mention you know.

Going to start running again this week now Ive dropped a bit of weight. I did it before but my body was breaking down on me slowly each time. Knee and muscle pain after every run.

I changed my trainers back then and it helped, but the 50lb less on my frame will be a big help.
                            *Except Michael, who died.

I am running the london marathon on Sunday; 1st one ever at the age of 53 !!

Kipchoge hasn't got to be concerned about his new record
