Probably controversial but just let him play on the PGA Tour with a buggy IMO. The rule that you must walk the course is unnecessary IMO. What difference does it really make? They all have caddies carrying their bags etc. already. It is not exactly that physical for them (bar the odd really tricky course).

Let him use a buggy. I can't see how using a buggy gives anyone a significant sporting advantage to be honest.

The fedex cup is rubbish but hard to see how they get meaningful matchplay to replicate the Ryder Cup experience, how do you pick teams, a draft system or their mates?

So many stroke events, might as well drop one and have a go at something fresh.

Off the top of my head 16 teams of 5, best 80 players in the world.

Initial group stage of 4 teams so 3 games each. Each match is 1 fourball, foursome, single. Need to rotate throughout the group so everyone plays different formats.

Top 8 teams go through to knockouts. Final round is 5 singles matches so more golf to cover.

6 rounds in total for finalists which can easily be done Thurs-Sun.
