I think we're now nearing the tipping point I mentioned a few weeks back where the PGA Tour is seriously compromised. The field for the normal weekly PGA Tour events is just never going to look that strong.

The end of the LIV golf was actually good yesterday. Westwood chunked a LW into a bunker and bottled a place in the play-offs.
Cam Smith also was a bit of a bottle job too. He really should have made the play-off but threw in a bogey to miss out.
Then in the playoff DJ holed a 40fter that was going about 20ft past the hole to win.
Obviously when you have a finish like that it still makes for good entertainment, but the final couple of holes, with everyone finishing at the same time on random holes around the course, is confusing as **** to follow. The players were confused as to where they stood too.
And finally the lack of having the leaders head to head down the final few holes is rubbish. Takes all the psychology and pressure out of it. Stupid format.Comment
