Anyone know how to watch the LC match live tomorrow? I think BeIn Sports have the rights so I might have to wait a few hours to watch the replay on the Offal.

And the Brownlow Medal goes to Matt Rowell from the GC Suns.
Very deserving win that by 7 points over the media’s favourite player Nick Daicos.

Third grand final in a row for the Lions hopefully it’s another win.
Surprised they’ve got there considering the injuries but so happy they’ve done it. Always nice to beat Collingwood and to beat the Cats would top it off.

Brandon Smith appeared in Court in QLD during the week & returns in Oct or Nov again but has been told not to contact Radley or the guy they suspect supplies the drugs.

The NRL seems to be issue after issue with players getting away with all sorts on and off the field.
Did you notice this issue with Ridley only came out in the press once the Roosters went out of the finals. I wonder if the other players on that trip with him will get in trouble or more likely they say they were they innocent and had no idea what he was doing.

Victor Radley seems to have admitted guilt
Club Statement | Victor Radley
The Sydney Roosters are aware of references in the media to communications allegedly between Sydney Roosters player Victor Radley and others in relation to allegedly obtaining an illegal substance.
While Radley has not been charged by Queensland Police, the references in the media to communications allegedly between him and others have brought the Sydney Roosters into disrepute.
Consequently, following internal discussions with senior club officials and a meeting of the Roosters Board of Directors, the Club will impose the following sanctions on Radley for the negative attention the allegations have brought to the Club:
A 10-match suspension, without pay.
A $30,000 donation to be made to the St Vincent’s Hospital (for cancer research).
This represents the heaviest sanction ever imposed on a player in the Club’s history.
Victor Radley has accepted these sanctions and expressed his remorse.
“I want to sincerely apologise to the Club, my teammates, our sponsors, Members and fans for the negative spotlight I have brought on the Roosters. I accept the sanctions in full and will work hard to earn back the trust and respect of everyone who supports this great Club,” said Radley.

There’s no credibility in the NRL full stop. I find myself watching a lot more AFL than I ever dreamt possible a few years ago.

Would be hard for the Raiders to mentally back up this weekend after having the game won at least twice

After that game and looking at the draw - I'm leaning towards thinking the Broncos can win it this year - maybe only Panther's stand in their way ??Originally posted by peterbread View PostI watched the highlights. Canberra thinking they’d won it twice to be denied and then losing to a Bent Hunt field goal. Crazy game.
My biased opinion kicking in but I’d love to see Ben Hunt win it and be the major factor after his drop ball against the cowboys. I don’t think he ever recovered properly from that.
Walsh is some player but he needs to sort himself out. Silly mistakes on and off the field. I know he’s young but he’s been around since he was 18. When you’re in the spotlight especially rugby league QLD you’ve got to know everything you do will be watched.

Mad mad game - I thought it was over about 6 times with the Raiders winning it - and after Walsh came back from the sin bin he was incredible - crazy brilliant game !! Watch the last 20 mins or so ..Originally posted by peterbread View PostDid anyone watch the Raiders Broncos game? Sounded like it had everything in it. Penalty after the final whistle to take it to extra time.
Still hard to pick a winner in the NRL at this point ..
