Could have blinded him with relative ease there, with the force that could be created stamping someone at that angle

Yes - just saw that now on SSN. It was a stamp, not a red card though but certainly should have been a bookingOriginally posted by Reece View PostCollymore was referring to the celebration when he said about the ban. Apparently he had a bad tackle on Fabregas too but I haven't seen that?My kebab comes with chilli sauce

Are you on drugs or something Saj?
Whilst I would love us to be able to play the likes of Lampard, Terry and the boy Roo and kick the living **** out of them I do think that maybe a red card should be warranted for such behaviour.Forwards.......

so bosingwa stamps on benayoun, the refs sees it, idioticly decides it was not even a foul, although it should have been a red card, the FA can do **** all because the ref saw the incident, and any desicion would undermine his authorathy....adebayor stamps on van pussy, the ref gives him a yellow, and the FA consider giving him additional ban - somewhat hypocritical that isn't it?Jürgen Klopp

The FA will do whatever suits their agenda at the time (considering the club concerned first of course)Originally posted by SlovenianKopite View Postso bosingwa stamps on benayoun, the refs sees it, idioticly decides it was not even a foul, although it should have been a red card, the FA can do **** all because the ref saw the incident, and any desicion would undermine his authorathy....adebayor stamps on van pussy, the ref gives him a yellow, and the FA consider giving him additional ban - somewhat hypocritical that isn't it?The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

LMFAO at the celebration. The Gooners were not best pleased and I cannot wait to watch the return game hahaha.
As for the stamp, well it was just a scummy bit of work by Adebayor. Absolute pond life. Should have the book thrown at him for that alone."Its not about the long ball or the short ball, its about the right ball." Bob Paisley

He was booked for his goal celebration...not the stamp, which the ref missed.

I don't agree at all. If a bunch of small brained retarded football fans react in the way that they did, just because he ran to celebrate and taunt them, then that's their problem. They'll be complaining next that scoring against them is trying to wind them up. Pathetic. They gave him stick when he was at the club and taunted him throughout the game. Fair play to him for his reaction. If they can't take it, don't dish it out.Originally posted by Craig_H View PostI think it's pathetic. Did you find it funny when Gary Neville did it to us?
It's idiotic incitement. Doing it through instinct is one thing, but when you run 100 yards specifically for that reason, it's ****ing foolish.

That's great to say in theory and you might be right, but if/when there's a riot and people injured, the rhetoric about fans needing to take it doesnt really hold any value.Originally posted by carheex View PostI don't agree at all. At the end of the day. it's Adebayor who's a professional and has signed a professional contract that stipulates the need to conduct himself in a professional manner - part of which, i'm sure, includes not acting in a manner to incite fans the way he did.
