He was booked for his goal celebration...not the stamp, which the ref missed.

That's great to say in theory and you might be right, but if/when there's a riot and people injured, the rhetoric about fans needing to take it doesnt really hold any value.

At the end of the day. it's Adebayor who's a professional and has signed a professional contract that stipulates the need to conduct himself in a professional manner - part of which, i'm sure, includes not acting in a manner to incite fans the way he did.
