it is the players.....but then if the manager doesnt motivate the players or can sort out the reason its him who has to go.

Yep, your right there. Once a manager can no longer motivate players its time to go. But i still think he can turn it around.

I know people don't like him but you have to credit Wenger, no matter what they always play football the way it should be played. He's not had tens of millions to spend on every position but he produces amazing football from young players. Fast 1 touch, 2 touch pass and move football. Top top coach.
