Been living off his reputation for a couple of years now.

Starting to think we should replace him. He's been **** since the howler in Hodgson's first game (v Arsenal). Lost for words with what's happened to him.

Really think he's struggled for a couple of years now. We're short in the forward areas which is a priority but definitely need to look at him at some point.

It's a real worry. He's a completely different goalkeeper from that of five years ago.

Best thing Pepe could do is allow us to break his arm, like the lad in Escape to Victory, so we could get an emergency keeper in. Or better yet, Sly Stallone.

So depressing watching how far Pepe's form has deteriorated. He's a woeful shot stopper now. If I was an opposition manager I'd be telling my players to fire shots in at him as he's suspect. He used to be a great, but that was years ago.

I think we hung onto him too long, I love him to bits but we should have moved him on a couple of years ago, his head just isn't right any more.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing

If we'd sold him a couple of years back there'd have been uproar. Indeed when Arsenal were tracking him nobody wanted him sold, least of all to them.

Like a good red wine, keepers normally improve with age and LFC have been woefully guilty of giving up on some very good keepers in the past following mistakes. Unfortunately there is no hhiding place from a goalkeeping error...Pepe has not become a bad keeper overnight, however, the support structure and competition has.
