australia vs denmark was rubbish, the game was **** and the ball only made it worse. it seems it gets away from the players when they are playing and balls in from corners etc seem to move around soo much that now can get any clear contanct on it... btw up the aussies for beating the danes! agger had a bad game btw...

No surprise for me that Walcott has missed out. The Barca game for me especially showed that he doesn't have the bottle for the big games (the pass which eventually lead to a lucky scrambled goal for Bendtner should've been an easy goal for Theo but he chose to give the ball away instead).

He and SWP are much the same, very little end product and at the highest level I just don't think they cut it. We're so **** on the wings and defense at the moment I can't see why anyone expects us to do well.

He did well in the CL at Anfield I'd say.

other than that - i would have liked to see adam johnson go for that different option plus experience etc, at the expense of swp.

on paper, the squad doesn't fill me with any kinda of excitment/joy.
