I saw him play on the Gold Coast twice last season.

I also met Paul Okon as he was the assistant coach for Gold Coast United. He signed my son's LFC shirt for him and then Paul asked my lad if he wanted Robbie to sign it for him as well. I met up and gave him 3 shirts to sihn but I got him to ask Robbie to sign " To Daniel, all the best Robbie" on the best of them

Yeah he seems like a decent guy whenever he has been on TV. So many of those guys like him come of as ******s, i.e Craig Foster. Anway season kick off is very soon!

Have you got some good links to websites about Aussie league? Especially from betting point of view. It is always good to have insight from locals so I`ll be awating updates with big interest. Any ideas who might surprise in 1st round? Last year I watched A-league from time to time on saturdays morning while waiting for premier league games . Can be entertaining at times.

Put money on Sydney Fc to win it mate. Last years champions and they have made some really good signings, but will be paying decent because we lost 2 key players. But I think their replacements are as good if not better.

I think missing Smeltz for the start will trouble you guys. Although I can honestly see you guys as our biggest challenge this year. This you your team has a whole season under their belt and will be able to get into the swing of things this season. Probably can be related to the Titans, in that the first year you just couldn't put a sustained win run together in your first season, but come second season they did much better.

He went to china but his wife hated it and they walked out. He played the freindly against NQ Fury so I'm assuming he's cleared to play. I heard Palmer was buying his contract out for $2mil but that's the rumour around here. My season tickets arrived today

Thats very good for you guys. I was watching Fox Sports FC today and apprently Kevin Muscatt said in an interview that he tipped Smeltz for top scorer and you know he means it when he says it. I don't get season tickets for Sydney because its more expensive then buying individual tickets + I don't go to all the games..
