I owe Comolli an apology: I was deeply concerned after the Downing deal that we would be done buying, but since then Enrique, who is immense, and Coates on the way, who I am over the moon to be signing-- brilliant job by all involved. I am bummed to have missed out on Turan, Mata and Aguero and I am deeply upset at how the Aquilani deal went down (though it seems Kenny didn't want him as he "couldn't get him in the team") but we are flying and I look forward to every game this year with a huge sense of optimism. Let the press make it a two horse race; Liverpool are buzzing and everyone, especially Comolli, has done a great job this window.
