I think some people are a little harsh on Poulsen. He wasn't the star that Hodgson wanted him to be. But he is decent back up at DM. If we need to shore up in a game I don't see a problem with him being thrown on. Or even in a cup game or too alongside the younger players.*Except Michael, who died.

I think his lack of mobility is a real problem. I think there is a danger of exaggerating how bad he has been but he is still not good enough. Before he arrived there was a suggestion from some that in recent years his positioning and tactical awareness had replaced his pace. It was proven that it wasn't enough in a faster, more physical league.Originally posted by Alex View PostI think some people are a little harsh on Poulsen. We have Spearing and Lucas as destructive players and both deserve to be in the team ahead of him. If we intend to give younger players any chances at all we have to get rid of players like Poulsen who clog up the fringes of the team."The man who never alters his opinion is like standing water, and breeds reptiles of the mind."

He's not anywhere close to decent back up though, thats the problem. Woeful in Braga as we lose 1-0, horrendous as we lose home and away to Blackpool as Charlie Adam has the freedom of the midfield, dismal at home to Napoli, 1-0 down and he's subbed on 65mins, we then play well and win 3-1. He is hopeless, he cant pass and cant move. A complete and utter liability and it'd be far, far easier to play with 10 men than have him disrupt the team.Originally posted by Alex View PostI think some people are a little harsh on Poulsen. Even in his one ok game at Wolves, he did his best to undo all the hard work in the second half and had to be hauled off.

It's tragic.

I feel a bit sorry for him. A friend of mine has met him and said e was a really nice guy. He didn't sign himself and it's not nice to see someone get vilified like this. Yes, he's shot, but you can't blame him for wanting to play for a big club still. Shame he is ****.Trey Nyoni: countdown to stardom-2 years1year0.5 years

Because I'm sure you are so kind to other players who are actually much better than Poulsen...Originally posted by Kenneth View PostI feel a bit sorry for him. He clearly don't give a **** if he is playing or not. He most probably know that he won't even be in the squad nine games out of ten.Originally posted by Kenneth View PostI feel a bit sorry for him. What he show is that money is the only thing he cares about. Playing football isn't important.
I doubt that he will leave. The only chance we have to get rid of him is to pay him off.
His career at the top is over and he know that so he want his money.Stop the cyberhate

from now on I will skip talking about our finances. That is a promise and will save myself from looking like a
