It's the 'managerial team' apparently, The scum have been getting away with Ferguson not talking to the BBC because Mike Phelan has been doing it, as Assistant Manager he is considered part of the 'managerial team'. But surely not speaking at all is in breach of their contractual obligations, so they time the should definately be punished. Although whether this happens or not...

He will get a fine, but in a way what he said was right. Reffing this season has been terrible. In my mind the ref should not even be noticed in a game. But there becoming more and more crucial to outcomes of games.

Having said that SAF is a knob and should be fined and banned at every possible oppotunity.

I'm honestly not sure the refereeing has been that bad. It is a difficult job and most games have been kept under control and those in which the referee has been pivotal don't appear to have been any more frequent than usual.

Over the season the only team I think can legitimately feel hard done to by the officials are Wolves who seemed to have someone sent off every week at the start of the season whether they deserved it or not and have had some shocking penalty decisions go against them. I don't even watch that many Wolves games but the number of times I've seen a referee **** them this season is just daft.

He's made an absolute mug of Mike Phelan asking him to do all these press conferences. He's made a fool of him. Fergie's little lapdog answering to his every whim

Doesn't Fergie regularly attend the BBC Sports Personality awards? Whats that all about then? Hypocrite purple nosed ****.

Only reason I say is because I cant think of another season recently that has involved so many talking points about refs. It might not be totally bad in general. But when they do get things wrong, it seems to be in a big way.

It's only because a couple went against United this season. No other reason.

We're going through a patch where there have been a few high profile incidents in a short period of time. The refereeing standard IMO is no different to in any other season.

Someone needs to start an email campaign to Sky and the BBC. Tell them that as paying customers we are not getting what we have paid for in terms of media commitments from certain clubs in the Premier League.

If they start getting complaints from their own customers they'll have little choice but to lodge the complaint formally with the Premier League.

Its a double edged sword isn't it? I've no interest in the cunts opinions but them's the rules and he should be made to fulfil his obligations. No one person should have been allowed to continually stick two fingers up to everyone else like he has.

I still won't listen to him though.

Why isn't the media bashing United about their boycott? Don't get it really, had it been Liverpool...

Aye, would be nice if Murdoch got involved and stirred the pot, demanded Ferguscum talk to mutv and sky, being part owner of mutv he must have a say surely, or the people running it for him, well, his 30% anyway, although unless it has an effect on viewers long term i doubt he will, if they win the title they'll all be tuning in to mutv so Murdochs happy i guess.

Sky though, that SHOULD be different, contracts have been signed as part of the Sky Prem coverage, people are paying subscriptions, could the public not get something going , as Fergie is contracted to talk after games...are'nt the viewers missing out on part of what they paid for when subscribing ?
