A short list of 7? Aren't there usually only 6?
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

No way, been overrated this season - I want Parker to get it.

nah, Bale easy. Maybe he's been overrated as the best in the world but he was immense until he got injured. Thoroughly deserves it.

Fully deserved for Coleman, he's had a great season.

Consistently performed in a struggling Everton side.

They are 4 points off us in 7th, so they haven't struggled as much as some make out. That said I agree with you that Coleman has looked good, at least whenever I've seen him.

                    Nani: 9 goals & 15 assists.
                    Bale: 7 Goals & 1 assist.

Amazed that Nani was overlooked. If it wasn't for the Milan's I doubt Bale would have been one of the favourites.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

I read on Twitter last night (from the king of stats OptaJoe) that since he's been in the Premier League, Bale has a grand total of 6 assists, and only one this season.

But he's clearly better than Messi

                            Bale collecting his award:

                            .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.
