The thing is last night, with the players at his disposal at home in the Champions League semi final Mourinho got his tactics wrong. If he had got them right Real would not have lost 2 nil.

Mourinho gets it right more often than not - I don't think his tactics last night were that special. I would imagine the majority of Real supporters would agree.

His tactics of stifling Barca and trying to nick a goal late on where working perfectly mate. The players that Madrid can bring on in comparison to any team are incredible and are capable of changing a game.

As for the sending off, which clearly was a fabulous bit of playacting from Alves, no wonder Maureen threw a wobbly completely killed any chance of Madrid nicking a goal and tie is dead and buried now. Sure before that Barca did nothing. Mourinho's tactics were spot on IMO,boring and dull but effective. I cannot see what other way he could have gone about playing the best 'team' in the world, 99% of the time you go out an d play them you get destroyed.

I trust Mourinho knows his tactics more than anyone on this site, or any site for that matter

That's lame. For a start it's patently obvious. Secondly if we simply defer to whatever is served up then it makes the existence of forums pointless. Thirdly, the fact Benitez "knows his tactics more than anyone on this site..." never stopped you from slating him, his tactics, his signings etc. It is, after all, your right.

That Alves incident is shocking. Not a 'dive' as such but the feigning injury, while not surprising from him, is embarrassing. Having said that the fact there was no contact shouldn't have an effect on the ref's decision if he's sent him for dangerous play. It's dangerous whether he makes contact or not. Studs showing, boot raised. Contact or level of injury isn't what you send them off for.

Whether or not you or anyone else agrees with the red is another matter but the fact no contact was made doesn't matter other than making Alves look a cunt.

The Alves incident i posted as it may explain a very valid reason why Mourinho went nuts, damn right aswell. Add Biusquets,Pique,Masch and Pedro to that cheating list, yet nothing is said against them it's not right.

There's a big difference between playing negative football and winning, and then playing negative football and losing, it's a results business. The moment Rafa lost my support was the Reading game, up until that i was fully behind him, after that he went into kamikaze mode and i certainly was not alone amongst LFC supporters. Mourinho vs Rafa is a laughable comparison anyways.

As i said before i do not like Madrid, nor do i like Barca, i have zero reason to be bitter as you suggested as it means **** all to me. It was my opinion that many of the things being said in the thread were biased,unbalanced and cringeworthy. Even reading the comments back now proves my point, sounds like a bunch of kids.

Oh and for what it's worth I don't think anyone has ever claimed Barca are saints. After all who is. They're just the best team who play by a distance the best football, and most people like to see the best team win if your own team can't. Busquets, Pedro and Alves are massive cheats.
