Abysmal post although to be expected from a Mourinho cheerleader.
Also from a man who slaughtered Benitez for being 'defensive', your post could be seen as extremely rich and hypocritical beyond belief. I can only imagine your posts had Benitez ever set us out to play like that. Which thankfully he never did.

So what you're saying is you don't mind if the Mancs win the European Cup for a 4th time. Oh dear.
Mourinho cheerleader? Funny coming from the chairman of Barca wankfest.
Shaggy you about as biased as a person can possibly get when it comes to Barcelona, your posts about Barca,Messi,Mourinho are about as balanced as a one legged camel mate seriously.
And lets not even compare Rafa to Mourinho it's embarrassing and sure Arn will have a nervous breakdown
So many comments about Mourinho on this thread (maybe not by yourself) about Mourinho being over rated, slagging his tactics, calling him a cunt etc are just so embarrassingly over the top, it made me cringe, sound like a load of 7 year old girls. Mourinho is arrogant and self indulgent but he is also one of, if not the best manager in the game today and in time may even eclipse Fergie trophy haul. I'm reading random posters slagging the tactics of one of the best tactical managers in the game, it's cringeworthy.
The fact of the matter was those tactics worked for Inter against Barca, they worked in the 1-1 draw when down to 10 men, worked in the Copa Del Rey, and were blatantly working in last nights game regardless if they bore the life out of you, you go out and play for play against Barca and you get dicked 5-0!! Mourinho learned from that and resorted back to the way he played them against Inter, not pretty but effective. And considering they are only 8 less goals than the most free scoring team on the planet in Barca, i think the defensive Mourinho ****e goes out the window.
I do not like Barca and i despise the mancs, if the mancs can manage to beat Barca then they deserve it. Do i want them to win it? No. Do i think they will win it? No. Will i lose any sleep if they win it? No.Last edited by danperkins; 28-04-11, 04:38 PM.

I'm not remotely biased to Barcelona
...I have no affiliation or personal connection to them. I've only ever been to the Nou Camp as an away supporter. Like everybody else who loves their football - seemingly the whole world bar you & Marky (which speaks volumes
) - I call it as I see it and, if we can't win, we like to see the best football team prevail. Which they did.
I'll let you go away and find the imbalanced posts about Messi, Barca and Mourinho. Away you go
Hilarious how upset you two are about it...."bitterness oozing from every pore"

They worked in the 1-1 draw? Real Madrid had to win that match or the title race was over. They failed. Inter went through against Barca because they attacked in the first leg and got a big enough lead to take to the Nou Camp so im not sure why you're now saying he was right to do that last night when the opposite worked last year. He got it wrong last night and theyve paid the price.Originally posted by danperkins View Post

Totally invalid, rubbish and worthless comparison with Inter last year as you say.
And if a 1-1 draw at home, conceding the title to their superior rivals having lost 5-0 away, if that's an example of something 'working', then you have to wonder how low the standards at Madrid have dropped.

Christ, Marky. Dry your eyes son. You'll need to save your tears for the wedding tomorrow.Originally posted by Rudo View PostHonest to god, i'm not particularly bothered Real lost, but what sickens me is the behaviour of Barca's players last night and no-one picking up on it.
All the talk is of Mourinho being found out, about how good Barca are etc etc when what overshadows the whole ****in thing is the disgraceful actions of players that represent the so-called best team in world football.
Madrid's performance yesterday was undeniably one of the strangest I've ever seen. One of the most talented squads in world footy and they behave like a bunch of ****houses. ****ing waste of a good footy match. At least Barca managed to raise their level so there was something positive about the whole farce.A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

And yes, Jose got slaughtered for trying to take Barca on at their own game when they got thumped 5-0, but when he converts back to the defensive, disciplined stuff he get gets slaughtered too...where's the sense there like?
Shaggy, serious question man, are you planning on going over to Barcelona to see their victory parade when they win the league, and possibly the Champions League? Wouldn't want to miss out.

The thing is last night, with the players at his disposal at home in the Champions League semi final Mourinho got his tactics wrong. If he had got them right Real would not have lost 2 nil.Originally posted by danperkins View Post

Mourinho gets it right more often than not - I don't think his tactics last night were that special. I would imagine the majority of Real supporters would agree.Modifying post.

I agree with you, but i also dont know what tactics WOULD work vs this Barca side. I think Mourinho's tactics werent far off, but the team didnt manage to successfully execute them for 90 mins. The red didnt help but i thought it was the correct decision.Originally posted by Buzzo View PostThe thing is last night, with the players at his disposal at home in the Champions League semi final Mourinho got his tactics wrong. You keep spouting that crap without a shred of evidence
...I'd like you to attempt to justify your baseless claim that Real "tried to take Barca on at their own game". Because they didn't. They just got battered. I realise all these defeats for your beloved Real and Jose must be hard to take. Especially with your other other team choking in the title race. Maybe time to choose a new team? Maybe choose someone **** hot, someone like Barcelona?
